Jeff Windt is a classically trained Executive Chef with over four decades of experience working in country clubs, fine dining, and upscale casual restaurants. Jeff strongly believes that his clients’ meals deserve fresh ingredients and personal attention all the way from the hors d’oeuvres to desserts—and he knows you’ll taste the difference, too! Widely skilled in food traditions from around the world, Jeff handcrafts entrées from delectable curries to indulgent lasagnas.
Kathy Windt works with you directly to design a catering experience that completes your event. Having run a successful, wide-ranging catering company for nearly two decades, Kathy knows how to create dining experiences that complement your event whether it’s a corporate luncheon or springtime wedding. She’ll guide you through menu selection or design, plan the process and execution, and ensure that your dining experience fits your event perfectly.
Our carefully chosen staff carries through with seamless professional service. From table and display setting to meal and bar service, our staff will handle the details of your event with class and precision.
